Terms of Service

The use of Friendtrain.com infers the understanding of the following terms of service. Friendtrain.com is not responsible for the content posted on the site, however it will be monitored closely. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your Friendtrain.com account.
	1.	You should be at least 14 years old to use Friendtrain.com.
	2.	You are responsible for your username, password and every action that occurs under it when logged in.
	3.	You are solely responsible for what you post on Friendtrain.com. This includes all text, photos and links.
	4.	Everything that you post should be clean. No nudity, abusive language or links to ‘spam’ sites.
	5.	You cannot post anything that’s considered “spam”
	6.	You cannot post any viruses, worms, malicious software or anything that interferes with Friendtrain.com functionality.
	7.	You cannot create or use any type of ‘robot’ or ‘auto generators’ to create profiles, post entries or manipulate the voting algorithm.
	8.	You cannot impersonate someone and lead people to believe you are that person

Payment
	1.	If a users income exceeds $600 per calendar year they must fill out a 1099 form and provide a valid social security number (SSN), taxpayer identification number (TIN), or individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN) to Friendtrain.com. If the user is a non-US citizen fill out a non- US activities declaration form.
	2.	Friendtrain.com does not withhold any taxes from your earnings. Consult your CPA or tax professional to find out what is required of you.
	3.	Friendtrain.com pays on a net 60 basis with a minimum of $10 earned. We have to pay on a net 60 basis because advertisers pay on the same schedule.
	4.	Users must enter a valid PayPal email address at registration in order to get paid. Friendtrain.com only pays users through PayPal. Users acknowledge they will not get paid otherwise.
	5.	You acknowledge that the profile views and estimated monthly payment listed in your My Stats page are not guaranteed accurate. They are for informational purposes only. Friendtrain.com has the right to adjust this number before payment if erroneous profile views are suspected. Refreshing and/or reloading a page continuously will not count towards profile views. Use of a “bot” to increase profile views will cause immediate termination.
	6.	The revenue shared with each user is based on the amount of revenue generated from advertisements and can change depending on the type of advertisements, time of year or site traffic.
